Who we are. Elarigent builds ready-made AI agents for small businesses — the follow-ups, paperwork, inbox sorting, and support drafting that eat an owner's week, explained and built in plain English. This blog is where we show the work: what we're building, what we're learning, and what we'd tell a friend before they spend a minute or a rupee on AI tools.

The founder. Elarigent is founded and run by Abdullah Shafique, Founder & CEO. He reviews everything published here — posts on this blog are drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by him before they go out (see our AI Use and Editorial Policy).

Why this exists. Big companies get AI teams. Small businesses get jargon and surprise bills. Elarigent exists to close that gap: useful agents, predictable behaviour, honest limits — including a public page about where we don't fit.

Where we're based. Elarigent is built in Pakistan and written for small businesses everywhere.

Status, honestly. The platform is in testing, not launched. Nothing here is a launch announcement; when that changes, this page will say so.

Think of it less as a conversation and more as a very fast, very literal assistant who is excellent at one specific job and never gets tired of doing it. That "one specific job" part is the whole point. A general chatbot tries to be decent at everything. A specialized agent is built for one kind of work — screening a resume, summarizing a document, drafting a week of social posts — an...
